Raifa, Raifa Forest is the most famous natural monument in Russia, part of today's Volga-Kama Reserve. Here, on the shore of the lake with the purest water, the Raifa Bogoroditsky monastery arose several centuries ago, the main shrine of which was the miraculous icon of the Georgian Mother of God.
