"Raifa-God-preserved land!" excursion to the Raifa monastery.

30 km from Kazan on the shore of a beautiful lake, among the forests, behind the white-stone walls is located Raif Monastery (from ancient Hebrews). "Raifa" is God-preserved. People from all over Russia come here to try out the healing properties of the Raifa spring, consecrated by the Patriarch of All Russia Alexei II and bow before the Georgian icon of the Mother of God. The current architectural complex of the monastery was created during the XVII - XIX centuries and now includes the temple of the Wonderworking Icon of the Georgian Mother of God, the smallest church in Europe in the name of the martyrs Faith, Hope, Love and their mother Sophia, the Trinity Cathedral, the Church in the name of the Holy Fathers, in Sinai and Raif the murdered. On the way back from Raifa, we stop at the Temple of All Religions (or the Universal Temple). This architectural structure is located in the suburbs of Kazan (the village of Old Arakchino). The construction of the Temple of All Religions began in 1994 by architect Ildar Khanov. Now in the architectural ensemble coexist Orthodox Church, Muslim mosque, Jewish synagogue and pagoda.
