My name is Yana, I have been working as a tour guide in Russian and English since 2005 - this is the year when Kazan celebrated its 1000th anniversary, the year when Kazan changed a lot, changed (fortunately in a positive direction). I graduated from Kazan State University Faculty of Romano-Germanic Philology, at the same time studied at the courses of guides. I love my native city very much, I am proud of it, and I do not get tired of telling tourists about it with joy and soul. I was born in Kazan, so as a native I can show the city and tell you about it so that you want to come back here again.
I have extensive experience in conducting excursions both for individual tourists and for large groups. I always try to choose the best program for guests of the city, so that it is liked regardless of age. I have a family, 2 daughters (7 and 4 years old), and I always gladly give excursions to families with children. So that parents are interested and that children do not get bored. There was an experience of conducting excursions with famous personalities such as Irina Muravyeva and actors of the Maly Theatre, Andrei Chernyshov, musicians of the Valery Gergiev orchestra and many others, as well as VIP persons. I am a member of the Guild of Tour Guides of Kazan.

My name is Yana, I have been working as a tour guide in Kazan (in Russian and in English languages) since 2005 - the year when Kazan celebrated 1000-year anniversary. I was born in Kazan. It is my native city and I really love it and proud of it. Kazan has become one of the most beautiful Russian cities with absolutely unique atmosphere of hospitality, tolerance to different nationalities and confessions, with its own flavor.
I have a great experience of holding excursions both to the individual tourists and to different types of groups. I always try to make an appropriate program for the guests to make it interesting, educational, bright and my tourists always want to come back to Kazan again.
I have a family and 2 daughters (7 and 4 years old) and I'm always glad to have excursions with faimlies who come to Kazan with their kids.
My services and offers
I would be happy to provide the following services:
1. Excursions both pedestrian and transport in Russian and English. Organization of excursions in Spanish, German, Italian, French, Chinese, Polish, Serbian, Japanese;
2. Organization of any type of comfortable transport for excursions: passenger car (comfort class, business class), minivans, minibuses, large buses;
3. Organization of transfer from the international airport, railway station, etc. to the destination and back.
4. Conducting excursions for VIP clients on VIP transport, catering at the highest level in VIP restaurants;
5. Assistance in the selection of the optimal cost hotel, hostel, apartments, guest house;
6. Assistance in catering both in various cafes of the city at reasonable prices with different types of cuisines, and in expensive restaurants of national cuisine and other types of cuisines (Indian, German, Chinese, etc.);
7. Assistance in organizing master classes on Tatar baking (triangle, chak-chak, talkysh keleve), pottery, dowsing, wood carving, casting, Tatar national costume, etc.
8. Assistance with the organization of leisure guests, recommendation of theaters, museums, exhibitions, concerts, etc.

1. I'm a tour guide in Russian and English languages. I offer different types of tours: walking and by different types of transport. I can help you to find a tour guide in Spanish, German, French, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and other languages.
2. I can help with the organization of comfortable transport for the excursions: Cars, minivans, micro-buses, big buses;
3. I can provide you with transport for the transferring you from the airoport to the hotel and back and form the railway station.
4. Holding excursions for VIP clients by VIP transport with organization everything on a high level
5. I can help you to choose the appropriate hotel, hostel, appartments and villas;
6. I can organize breakfast, lunch, dinner for in different cafes and restaurants of the city and outside;
7. I can organize different master-classes on cooking of Tatar national dishes (Tatar nationaldessert chak-chak, Tatar national pastry - ochpochmak - triangular pie with beef, potato and onions). I can organize interesting concerts with participation of Tatar singers, dancers, musicians where guests will get acquainted with Tatar culture;
8. I can recommend you how to spend you leisure time (concerts, museums, exhibitions, theatres and so on).

Хочу выразить благодарность Яне за проведеную экскурсию по центру Казани. За 3 часа я с дочкой узнала много интересного о городе, его истории, его личностях и традициях. Яна хорошо знает свой город и может рассказать все его тонкости и с удовольствием делится своими знаниями.

Вчера Яна за 3 часа показала нам, кажется, всю Казань: главные достопримечательности и скрытые красоты. Экскурсия была очень интересная и учитывала наши пожелания. Экскурсия была на английском, Яна прекрасно и свободно им владеет

Вы провели супер экскурсию для наших детей. И нам, взрослым, тоже очень понравилось. Экскурсия прошла в игровой форме, с конкурсами и викторинами. В завершении дети искали настоящий клад (заранее приготовленные и спрятанные призы и сувениры). Экскурсия была очень насыщенной и интересной. Все родители вас благодарят!

Сегодня побывали на экскурсии по Кремлю вместе с детками. Удивительно, что оказывается 5-ти и 6-ти летних детишек тоже можно заинтересовать историей!!Яна составила карту Кремля и дети с удовольствием искали места, которые им надо посетить!много интересных и запоминающих фактов мы все услышали, а потом отвечали на вопросы и играли вместе с нашим гидом. Когда вернулись домой, я была приятно удивлена, что все что Яна рассказывала было услышано и запомнилось. Вот что значит профессионал в своем деле!))Яна,спасибо огромное за экскурсию!приятным бонусом было в конце найти клад))
