Alley of Tatar stars

The Alley of Tatar Stars is a small alley located on Bauman Street in Kazan, created on the principle of the Hollywood Walk of Fame. Here, right on the sidewalk, on granite slabs, the names of significant cultural figures of Tatarstan are immortalized.
The Alley of Tatar Stars appeared in Kazan in 2002 on the initiative of the Tatar singer Salavat Fatkhutdinov. In the first year, two stars were solemnly opened on the alley, and in the following years three more were added to them. The commemorative signs themselves are really made in the form of a five-pointed star, inside which the name of the artist who deserved it is inscribed.
Today, the Alley of Tatar Stars is a small but very interesting architectural feature of Bauman Street.
