Local Lore Museum of the village of Karakashli

Collection of exhibits began in 1981, the opening of the museum took place on November 2, 1987 January 1, 1993 the museum received the status of a branch of the State United (now National) Museum of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The museum works in close contact with the administration of the district, village, school and residents of the village, which has a rich history and is famous for figures of science, art and national economy. The museum is rich not only in household exhibits, but has a lot of methodological literature. Today, the museum has more than 13,500 exhibits, of which about 9,000 are in the main fund. The museum attracts visitors not only with the content of the exhibition, but also with its design. Students, students, teachers, cultural workers and other specialists receive advice on issues of interest to them. The museum provides methodological assistance in all sectors of the village economy.
