Description: The exposition of the museum acquaints visitors with the history of the region since ancient times, is reflected in documents and photographs. Among the exhibits there are items from the excavation of the Challyn settlement of the XII-XVI centuries. and "Virgin Mountains". The museum contains valuable collections on crafts that once glorified the Fish Sloboda: fishing, jewelry, lace. Much of what was done by skilled hands of masters is kept in the museum. A significant place in the museum is occupied by the theme of the Great Patriotic War. The article is about nine Heroes of the Soviet Union - natives of the Rybno-Sloboda district. Part of the exposition tells about the famous people of the region, bright representatives of Tatar literature, art, science, sports. The materials of the winners of the State Prize named after G. Tukay R. Faizullin, R. Sharafeyev, R. Akhmetzyanov, sports pride of our district G. I. Bukharin, bronze medalist of the XVI Olympic Games in canoeing in 1956, two-time World Champion are presented.
