The car order is accepted only for the group of the car, and not for a specific model. However, the wishes of the client will be taken into account. Rent rates include vehicle maintenance, except for washing and petrol refueling during the rental period. All rates include third party liability insurance with a limit of up to $100,000. The minimum rental period is 24 hours, without limiting the maximum period. The rental day is calculated from the moment the car is provided. Exceeding this period by more than 2 hours is paid as the next full day of rent. Tenant requirements. To get a car for rent, you must provide a passport, a valid driver's license and a credit card. Minimum age of tenant: 25 years. Persons under this age may be allowed to drive certain classes of cars, but in this case an additional fee of 450 rubles per day applies. Persons under the influence of alcohol/drugs may not be allowed to rent. Alternatively, Hertz may offer driver-to-driver rental services. Additional driver. Each additional driver must be authorised by an official Hertz representative. Similar requirements apply to them. However, an additional driver does not require a solvency check if the Renter meets the requirements. In all cases, all responsibility rests with the tenant. The fee for an additional driver is 190 rubles per day for each additional driver, but not more than 750 rubles for the entire rental period for each. Driving licenses. The tenant and each additional driver must present a valid driving license in their name. The minimum allowable driving experience should be one year. For non-residents of the Russian Federation, driving a / m can be allowed only with a valid international driving permit (International Driving Permit). Travel restrictions. Travel outside the Russian Federation is prohibited without special permission from Hertz. Payment. Can be produced by credit cards: AMEX, VISA, Diners Club, Eurocard/Mastercard, JCB, Hertz Charge Cards, as well as vouchers. Cash is not an acceptable method of payment. Payment in the form of bank transfer may be allowed at the discretion of the Station Manager. Winter equipment. All cars are equipped with winter tires for the period from 15.10 to 20.03. Baby seats. Can be provided if ordered in advance and indicating the age of the child. There are two types: for the age from 1 year to 2.5 years and from 2.5 to 10 years. Road maps. City maps are provided free of charge for each lease. Fuel. The car is provided with a full tank and must also be returned with a full tank. Otherwise, a refueling service fee of RUB 45 per liter is charged, excluding VAT. This service is not a sale of fuel. Delivery and return outside the rental station. Car delivery can be made if such service is ordered in advance. When ordering, you must specify: * Train number and wagon (when delivered to the railway station) * Permanent residence address and telephone number * Contact phone at the place of rent * Type, number and date of credit card used. Confirmation of delivery lease is at Hertz’s discretion. Rental orders at the station during non-working hours are accepted at least 24 hours before the start of the lease.
