Birch beam
Description:
At the suggestion of my excursionists, I still decided to lay out a birch beam in a separate excursion, but not too little, I decided to add “Lermontovskaya Rock” and “Lermontovskaya Waterfall” to this excursion. All places are located in the vicinity of Kislovodsk and the duration of the tour is about 2 hours from Kislovodsk. Of course, it will be longer from other cities.
During the tour we visit three places:
1) Birch beam;
(2) Lermontov Falls;
(3) Lermontov rock;
Birch beam is considered one of the most picturesque gorges of the North Caucasus. It begins on the Bermamytsky plateau of the Rocky Range and ends in Kislovodsk. The length of the canyon is 17-18 kilometers, the rock walls rise to a height of 100 meters above the bottom of the gorge, along which the Berezovaya River runs.
No tour company in the Caucasian Mineral Waters brings people here!!! None!!! In all the years I have been driving people, I have never met a single tour group on the Birchbeam!!! Although this place is both scary and beautiful at the same time. That's how I would put it.
