Dombai - the magnificence of the mountains

Dombay or Dombayskaya meadow is a uniquely beautiful place located in a mountainous area in the south of Karachay-Cherkessia, Dombay is also called "Russian Switzerland". In Dombai we will go along the most picturesque road, along the Borgustan ridge through the Gum-bashi pass and descend from the pass to the city of Karachayevsk. At the Gum-bashi pass there is an observation deck, from where in clear weather you can see the snow-covered chain of mountains of the Caucasus Range and Elbrus - the highest peak of the Caucasus and Europe.

If you are with children, we will stop in the city of Teberda in the National Teberda Park (formerly reserve). In the park we will see and feed: bison, yaks, tours, chamois, noble deer and many others. When entering the park or on a small market, you can buy food for animals and feed them. The kids will love it.

2. Cave Skvoznyak "cheese caves" (weather).
3. Shoaninsky temple is one of the five oldest in Russia, the Sentinsky temple at will.
4. We will visit Dombai and climb the cable car.

6. We will stop at the Northern Shelter - Gonachhir Gorge, Tumanly-Kel Lake, Gitchi-Murudzha River (in winter the road is closed).
