Description:
A trip to the Khasaut gorge (Skhauat), 30 km from Kislovodsk, more often called the Narzanov Valley due to the fact that a large number of mineral water sources are concentrated here.
On the road, which passes through the gorge of the Kichmalki River and the Shajatmaz plateau, you will see the high-mountain platform of the Pulkovo Observatory, where scientists study the sun’s crown, admire the excellent view of the Khasaut Gorge, and in good weather also on the Elbrus and the Main Caucasian Range during a stop at the observation deck at the upper point of the plateau.
Upon arrival in the Narzanov Valley eco-park, on the territory of which 18 springs come to the surface, you can take an independent walk along the ecological trail, taste and collect water from various sources of narzan and silver spring, if you want to plunge into small pools with mineral water, have a snack in the cafe with dishes of Caucasian cuisine.
