Karadag Dolphinarium

The famous Koktebel Dolphinarium is located in the village of Kurortnoye. Its creation goes back to Soviet times, when scientists began to pay great attention to the study of dolphins, because the institution belongs to the Karadag scientific station, from which it got its name.

At the time of the collapse of the Soviet Union, Ukraine, which inherited it, did not want to continue funding scientific activities, turning it into an entertainment center. The program of performances of animals is considered one of the best in the Crimea, and ticket prices are budget. In addition to dolphins, you can also see seals. Animals not only know how to dance, but they paint and even sing!

Dolphin therapy is provided separately. Swimming is considered therapeutic, especially popular among children.
