Northern Hope Recreation Base

The center of healthy recreation "Northern Hope" is located in the northeast of the Kostroma region in the village of Velikovo. Focused on children's and family holidays. There is also a kennel of sled dogs, which works all year round. There's a river nearby.

Accommodation is offered in two 2-storey and one 1-storey wooden houses.
On the fenced territory there is a parking, a dog nursery, a sports ground, a zone for a grill, an animal pen.

Guests can play badminton, ride dog sleds, walk in the company of pets in the forest, read books in the library, fight in board games. In winter you can ride a snowmobile, in summer – on an ATV.

At the service of vacationers - a real Russian bath. Accessories for baths and decanters of the drink are issued free of charge.

We offer delicious homemade three meals a day. Food is prepared from organic farm products. Here you can always buy fresh eggs and dairy products. You can make a barbecue on the grill yourself.

Children can visit the nursery, communicate with its furry inhabitants. School holidays are organized.

We offer an excursion to the nursery for husky and malamutes in order to get acquainted with the breed, to the maral nursery, which is located 1 hour away, to the Orthodox parishes of the village of Kotkishevo and the city of Neya.

The main feature of the center is dogs. Lovers of these animals can enjoy their company from morning to evening. International dog races are often held here. Received funds are transferred to the benefit of orphans and disabled children.

Beautiful virgin nature, the ability to communicate with dogs, the opportunity to learn to communicate with them, makes the center unique.
