“Bridge of kisses” Krasnodar called the bridge, gracefully spread across the Gulf of Zaton Kuban. Built in 2003 and originally planned only for a pedestrian crossing, the bridge, thanks to the wedding custom to fasten the hearts on it, soon became a real landmark of the city.
In just a few years, the Bridge of Kisses has acquired so many marital heart locks that the question arose about the insecurity of the tradition. The architects of the city claim that the bridge itself is not threatened, but the next newlyweds, the railings hung with locks may one day not withstand.
However, this does not scare happy young people, for whom the iron castle has become no less important wedding attribute than the gold rings. The picturesque view of the river and the surrounding area, opening from the bridge, gives wonderful panoramic shots not only to the newlyweds, but also to the residents of Krasnodar, as well as guests of the city.
