Oceanarium

At the end of 2011, the largest Oceanarium in the south of the country opened in Krasnodar. Residents and guests of the city, visiting this place, immediately feel like an underwater inhabitant.

At the entrance, visitors are met by a mechanical fish-machine, which is a shark head with moving jaws and burning terrible fire eyes. So the authors of the idea wanted to emphasize that the world in the ocean is not safe.

A terrible picture is replaced by a soft interior with a slightly muffled light of neon lanterns. Many people compare the situation of the Krasnodar Oceanarium with landscapes from the film “Avatar”.

The building of the aquarium occupies more than 200 square meters. Here you can see aquariums with marine inhabitants and exotic representatives of river underwater fauna.

The most exciting moment when visiting the aquarium is a walk through the tunnel, with sharks floating overhead. Very popular among visitors aquarium, where you can touch swimming fish.
