Transfer by minibus to the cordon of the Caucasian State Nature Biosphere Reserve (travel time is 3.5 hours).

The Lago-Naki Plateau is a Rubble Creek.
Having issued passes to the reserve, we begin our campaign!
Soon we will go to the observation deck, where one of the most impressive views of the Caucasian reserve opens - the huge plateau of Lago Naki. Ahead you will see the green hills of the mountains, on which even in the middle of summer white snow spots adorn.
Through the alpine meadows of Lago-Naki we keep the way to the “Stone Sea”. The “Stone Sea” is a real sea of vertical stones, huge blocks and slates, which, under the influence of the forces of nature, have frozen on the plateau forever.
After passing the Abadzesh pass, we will go down to the Rublyny creek, where we will smash our first camp.
Active part of the route: 9.3 km, height difference 1780-2045 m, route duration 5 hours.

Day 2

Mount Ashten (light).
Today we have to conquer Mount Oshten (2804 m), this is one of the highest points of the Republic of Adygea.
When we get up on the spur of Oshten, we will see our entire journey yesterday. Below, in the valley, the high-mountain lakes shine with bright drops, and our path goes up, along a rocky slope to the top of Oshten.
From the top there is a magnificent view of the mountains Fisht, Psheho-Su and the endless plateau of Lago-Naki! Ahead will be visible alpine meadows, rocky gorges of the Tsitsa River, three thousandths of the Red Polyana and in the distance - a blue strip of the sea!
The active part of the passage along the route: 15.2 km, the elevation difference of 2045–2804 m, the duration of the route is 6-7 hours.

Day 3

Rubeny Creek - Guzeripl Pass - Armenian Pass - Fisht shelter.
Leaving the parking lot at the Rubleny creek, we will pass along the southern slope of the already conquered mountain Oshten. On the way, coming almost to the edge of the plateau, we will admire the vast expanses of Adygea and the snowy peaks of the Main Caucasian Range!
Passing the Guzeripl and Armenian passes, the trail will lead to the foot of Mount Fisht. This is the main and most sky-high peak on the Lago Naki plateau. Its height is 2867 m, only clouds are higher!
At the foot of Mount Fisht, on a huge clearing, there is a favorite tourist shelter "Fisht". Here the pride of Adygea originates - the beautiful river Belaya, near which there are cozy places for parking.
At the shelter "Fisht" you can enjoy swimming: there is a summer shower on the street, as well as a bath.
For those who have not yet taken a walk, there is an opportunity to take a walk to the small glacier Fisht, whose age is about 10 thousand years. In sunny weather, the glacier sparkles in the sun and shimmers with its emerald colors. And on the way to it, curious tourists often find pieces of ammonites or fossil shells.
The Fishta mountain group is often referred to as the “Treasure Island”. After all, in the distant geological past, Adygea was a seabed. And modern mountains - a coral reef, around which the waves of the huge ocean Tethys raged.
Mount Fisht has seven wonders, one of them is located at the Fisht shelter. An unusual phenomenon here is considered too deep snow in winter, sometimes reaching a height of 16 m of dense cover.
The active part of the route: 12.8 km, the height difference 2045-1870-1980-1580 m, the duration of the route is 4-5 hours.

Day 4

Shelter "Fisht" - Fisht-Oshtenovsky Pass - Lake Psenodakh - Maikop Pass.
In the morning we go to conquer the Fisht-Oshtenovsky Pass - the most picturesque pass along our route! In addition, it is the highest pass of the thirtieth route, its height is 2200 meters above sea level.
From the pass, dizzying views open: in the distance the origins of the White River are guessed, the harsh peak of Mount Fisht is very close, and in front of it is the sacred lake Psenodakh. That’s where our next journey lies!
Lake Psenodagh is located at an altitude of 1938 meters above sea level and is the largest glacial-karst lake in terms of area. The shape of the lake resembles a crescent moon, so it is considered sacred by local residents. It is fed by underground springs and several streams that carry their cold waters to this mountain lake.
On one side of the lake there is a huge funnel, the depth of which reaches 3.5 m. This is where the water goes, seeping further into the karst cavities.
Having rested near the lake, we continue our way through the alpine meadows. Having descended from Maikop Pass, we will stop for the night.
The active part of the route: 13.6 km, the height difference of 1580-2200-1660 m, the duration of the route is 6-7 hours.

Day 5

Maikop Pass is a waterfall shelter.
Having assembled the camp, we go further along the route. Passing along the south-western slope of Psheho-Su mountain, we will go to the spur of the mountain, after which we will go down the yew and beech grove to a clearing with waterfalls.
Our camp will be located at the foot of Mount Fisht, in the tourist parking lot “Waterfall shelter”.
The waterfalls flowing from the wall of Fisht are an extraordinary sight! Very close to our camp will be one of the highest waterfalls in Europe - its height is 200 m! There is a veil of water dust around and colorful rainbows sparkle!!! So today we are relaxing and swimming in the waterfalls!
Here is another of the seven wonders of Fisht!
From the waterfall, located at the western wall of Mount Fisht, an unusual river is born. It flows through the valley and suddenly disappears and instantly appears a little further on the surface!
Ask me how it is? It is difficult to imagine, you just need to look at this miracle!
The active part of the route: 4.2 km, the height difference of 1560-1840-1530 m, the duration of the route is 4-5 hours.

Day 6

Shelter Waterfall - Cherkessky pass - shelter "Babuk-Aul".
Today we get up early, while the hot summer sun is not too warm, and go on a journey. We have to go up to the Cherkessky pass. Then the forest zone begins, magnificent beeches grow, and the path is crossed by numerous streams - tributaries of the Shahe River.
And then, welcome to the "Funnily Descent"! Take care of your knees, we have to go down almost 1500 meters! The descent goes through the forest and the lower we go down, the stronger the climate change is felt. The mountains of the Lago Naki plateau remain far behind, the air becomes warm and humid and with every step you feel as you approach the coast.
For the night we stop at the tourist parking lot "Babuk-Aul".
The active part of the route: 19.3 km, the height difference of 1530-1836-340 m, the duration of the route is 10-11 hours.

Day 7

Babuk-Aul shelter. Soloch-aul, pos. Dagomys.
What is there to hide, when tourists come to our route "Thirty", then from the first day of the hike, everyone goes to the sea :) Every day everyone asks whether the sea is far away, and not whether it can be seen from here.
Today our instructor will gladly delight you: the sea is very close!
In the morning we go down to the village of Solokh-aul, leaving the Caucasian reserve. On the way, we are accompanied by the Shahe River, and the path itself passes through the boxwood grove. We will find ourselves in the power of a real wild and ancient forest: there is always a slight twilight, greenish moss hangs from the trees. And then there is the feeling that you fell into a dense, fabulous forest!
From the village of Solokh-aul, a shuttle bus will take us to the village of Dagomys, to the long-awaited, warm sea!
Sunbathing, resting, swimming! In Dagomys, our journey is over.
