What awaits you

• One of the key objects of the tour will be the symbol of Krasnoyarsk, depicted on the 10-ruble bill, the chapel of Paraskeva Friday. It is located on the Guard Mountain with an excellent view of the city with an equipped observation deck. You will learn the history of the foundation of Krasnoyarsk, interesting facts about the location of the city at the junction of three continental platforms.
• You will visit the original historical site of Krasnoyarsk, where almost 400 years ago it began as a military settlement. Now this place is called Peace Square.
• After that, we will walk through the central streets of the city and talk about its past during the Russian Empire. On the central street of Krasnoyarsk you will see a large number of preserved buildings built in the 19th century, and I will tell you about their history. You will see the building of the pharmacy, commissioned in 1896 and operating to this day, the building of the Administration of the Krasnoyarsk Territory, built on the foundation of the cathedral, demolished in 1936.
• We will get to the historical museum-ship "Saint Nikolai", on which Vladimir Ulyanov in 1897 got to the place of exile in the village of Shushenskoye in the south of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. You will see the preserved two-story building in which the leader of the world proletariat lived for two months, waiting for the destination of exile.
• Then we will go to Divnogorsk to admire the dam of the Krasnoyarsk HPP - one of the most powerful hydroelectric power plants in the world. And if you are lucky, you can see the unforgettable sight of water discharge from the vault. This usually happens in the second half of June, but not every year. To Divnogorsk from Krasnoyarsk about 40 km along a picturesque road with serpentines in the taiga area. Not far from the HPP there is a private fish trade, where you can inexpensively buy smoked and salted sturgeon, sterlet, nelma, Yenisei omul, garius and other fish.
• We stop at the observation deck “Tsar-fish” near the village of Ovsyanka – the birthplace of the writer Viktor Astafiev. In the village you can visit the estate-museum of the writer.
• A few kilometers on the route to Krasnoyarsk is a wonderful fan park "Beaver log", commissioned in 2006. In winter, those who wish can ski and snowboard on the magnificent trails.
• For kids there are a number of attractions that will appeal to them. The unique attraction Rodelban, the largest in Europe, will please fans of extreme sports. During our tour, time is provided for climbing to the observation deck of the Fan Park by cable car.
• Then we go back to town.
