Paraskeva Friday Chapel is an Orthodox chapel, one of the symbols of the city of Krasnoyarsk. It is located on the top of the Guard Mountain, on the site of the ancient pagan temple of the Tatar-Kachins. Local tribes called the mountain Kum-tegei (Turkic. sandy peak/sopka).
