This is a region surrounded by the highest mountains of Altai, where snow does not melt even in summer. This is the place of the oldest megalithic complexes and mounds. It was here that scientists found the legendary mummy of the Altai princess. Grand views and nature, which has not yet been touched by civilization, will leave the brightest impressions. The roads in this area are a separate attraction, we will ply mountain rivers, pass the most difficult passes. You will make a fascinating journey and touch the secrets of Altai.

1 DAY. The Chuisk Tract, to the border with Mongolia

8:00. Meeting at the hotel/tourist base. Today we will cross the entire Chuisky road (the most beautiful road in Russia). On the way you will see four cardinal changes of landscapes and landscapes. During this day you can enjoy the beauty of turquoise rivers, snow-white ice caps, the power of mountains and the ancient culture of the Altai peoples. On the way, we will see the art gallery of the ancients - the archaeological complex Kalbak-Tash, where there are more than 5000 rock paintings of different eras. Also, we will visit the famous place of power - Chui Oozy, find an ancient road, which according to some reports is a piece of the great Silk Road. 2 DAY. Megalithic complex + thermal sources

Our journey will continue, through the pos. Kosh-Agach, we're going to the dirt road. It passes through the Chui steppe, where rare gray vultures and camels live. We will visit the fascinating valley of the Tarhat River. It is this river that will become the guiding thread leading us to the Ukok Plateau. We will inspect the famous construction of the circle of Tarhata with a throne stone - "Cradle". According to scientists, this mystical creation was created for astronomical observations. Next, we are waiting for: climbing the pass Warm key with hot springs, where you can swim, inspection of Scythian and Turkic mounds, which are more than 3000 years old!

3 to 4 days. Ukok Plateau

Here we come to the famous Ukok Plateau! Within two days we will make unforgettable excursions on the plateau, visit the mound Ak-Alaha-3, in which the Altai Princess was buried more than 3,000 years ago.

You are waiting for fishing on gharius, taimen, Osman in the purest waters of the Kalguta River and Oz. Kaljin-Kol. Magnificent views to the south, towards the eternally covered with snow and ice peaks of Sailugem and the Southern Altai. Tent accommodation.
