In 4 days you will see one of the most beautiful roads in the world (included in the top 10 according to National Geographic magazine) and cross the Altai Republic from north to south, to the very border with Mongolia. There are 4 major changes in landscapes. You will see the world from the height of the passes, you will admire the bends of the great Altai rivers - Katun and Chui, appreciate the greatness of the snow-white mountains of four thousand people, visit places of power, cult and natural monuments.
1 DAY.
8:00. Start of the trip from Gorno-Altaisk / airport / Your tourist base.
Today you will get acquainted with the history of the construction of the Chui tract, visit 2 significant auto pass Seminsky (1717 m) and Chike-Taman (1460 m), find fragments of the ancient road along which in ancient times merchants drove their caravans, which has survived to this day, visit a significant place of power - Chui Oozy, the place of confluence of two rivers - Chui and Katun, see mounds and cultic monuments of the Altai people, including the world-famous writing of rock painting Kalbak-Tash (which has been preserved to this day, you can stop at the classic number of the Chuiurfon, with a 5,000 waterfall). In the evening, dinner in the national style.

2 DAY
On this day you will see the most remote and majestic corners of Altai. In the morning, visit the geyser lake, at the bottom of which lies blue clay, forming bizarre patterns and funnels on the surface of the water. Further, you will find some of the most spectacular views of this journey - a panorama of the glaciers of the North Chui Ridge, with the highest peak Aktru (4049 m) and the Kurai steppe. After numerous turns of the road, space landscapes of Altai Mars will open before you, and at the end of the day we will go close to the border of the Russian Federation and Mongolia, where the winds of the country of nomads and the Mongolian Altai are already blowing. Early departure. In the final days of our trip, you will visit an incredibly beautiful and unique place – the valley of the Akkol River and the Sofia Glacier. It is unique in that in the Altai there are not so many glaciers to which you can easily and quickly reach, and the Sofia glacier is just like this, 2 hours on a dirt road past the pastures of camels and smelters, along the valley of the Akkol River and lakes with incredible views, then a four-hour walk to the glacier, photo shoots, lunch and departure on the way back to the camp.
If desired, it is possible to agree the continuation of the program. In this part of Altai, the most beautiful places are concentrated, from where you will hardly want to return to the very beginning of the Republic. For example, the valley of the Chulyshman River (Katu-Yaryk Pass, stone mushrooms, Uchar Falls, Kurkure Waterfall), the valley of the Elangash River, the valley of the Justyt River, the Ukok Plateau, pos.
