Kursk Regional Art Gallery named after A.A. Deineka is a classical art museum. Currently, the collection of the gallery covers more than 8000 works of domestic and Western European art of the XVI - XX centuries, including painting, sculpture, graphics, decorative, applied and folk art. The collection of European painting includes paintings by Barocci, Tiepolo, Rhode, Klingel. Domestic art is represented by the works of Borovikovsky, Rokotov, Tropinin, Schwartz, Polenov, Levitan, Kramsky, Kuindzhi. The object of special interest are the works of artists whose biography is associated with Kursk. Of great interest to visitors is the impressive collection of works by A. A. Deineka. |
