There are outdoor swimming pools where you can swim in thermal water. The water temperature reaches 50C and comes to the surface from a depth of about 4000 meters. The water is very rich in potassium, calcium, sodium and bromine. It cleanses the human body, relieves stress, rejuvenates and gives a charge of energy!
- Bathing accessories (bathing suit, towel, slippers, hair clip) should be packed in a separate package in advance and taken with you to the bus.
Transfer to the Baksan gorge (2.5-3 hours), settlement in the hotel.

Day 2
Terskol Gorge, Glacier and Terskol Falls.
We continue our acquaintance with Elbrus, today we go for a walk in the Terskol gorge! The path runs along the river, right and left is a magnificent pine forest.
Ahead is already visible glacier Terskol, which slides smoothly from the spur of Elbrus. The length of this glacier is 7 km! On a sunny day, the glacier sparkles, sparkles and pleases our eye with its emerald peaks. And if we look back, we will see the Main Caucasus Ridge and the stunning glacier “Seven”.
Several times on the bridges we will cross the river and soon go to the waterfall Terskol. The waterfall is very noisy, picturesque, full-flowing! The decoration of these places is a stunning basalt wall, on which the waterfall itself flows.
Active part of the route: 10.4 km, height difference 2180-2790 m, route duration 6 hours.

Day 3
The cable car to Mount Cheget.
On this day, we rise higher and higher. On the cable car, we go to where the clouds live! The rope will lift us to a height of 3000 m. Before us, as in the palm of your hand, the Main Caucasian Range with its impeccable peaks Donguz-orun, Nakra-tau, Kogutai. At the foot of the ridge we will see a glacial lake.
We continue to look around: on the one hand, the glacier "Seven" shines from us, on the other hand, the main mountain of the Caucasus - snow-white Elbrus - rises proudly. Together we will admire its snowy peaks and take dozens of photos for memory!
During a walk along Cheget we will see the sky-high cafe "Ai", whose name translates as "moon". This cafe is very beloved by tourists for its unusual, round shape and panoramic windows.
Going down from Mount Cheget, we get to a huge souvenir market. Here the instructor is always patiently waiting for the group to buy all-all souvenirs :)

Go on and on! The trail leads us through the pine forest, past the thickets of junipers, flowering meadows and the spring of narzan. Below is a village, over which the peaks of the Main Caucasian Range gradually rise.
Soon we will go to the Sand Castles - curious remains of yellow sandstone. The remains tower proudly above the valley, some of them look like giant stone mushrooms, and some resemble real, fabulous castles.
Leaving the stone mushrooms behind, we climb even higher. The green valley of the Irik River expands and appears before us in all its glory: on the one hand, the spurs of Elbrus are visible, on the other hand, the tops of the Adyl-Su gorge. A little further along the gorge, we will admire a small waterfall, have lunch and go back.

In the morning we go to Mount Elbrus. The cable cars will lift us to a height of 3850 m, in the very, very high heavens! It would seem that we have already risen so high, and the whole civilization is far behind us. But it is worth remembering that even above us is the famous hotel for climbers “Shelter of Eleven”. In these places we will walk and admire the stunning views that open up to the Main Caucasian Range.
Right in front of us are the beautiful peaks of Schheld and Ushba, very close to Cheget, you can see the peaks of Georgia, the famous Besengi Wall and the mountain Ullu-Tau, so beloved by our tourists.
The views here are sky-high, the photos will be great! By the way, do not forget the subpoppors, today we ride them on snow slides =)

The waterfall "Maiden Spits" is born from the glacier Gara Basha and falls from a height of 30 meters. Noisy, full-flowing, sparkling in the sun and sparkling rainbows - this is the waterfall! The daredevils will even be able to enter the streams of water and stand inside the waterfall. Yeah, it'll be wet, it'll be fresh! What pictures do you get here!!
Come higher! A comfortable road will lead us to the Turskol Peak Observatory. This place is interesting primarily for its panoramic views! We will see the Baksan Valley, the Terskol Gorge, the northern slopes of Elbrus and from a new angle we will admire the Main Caucasian Range.
Pay attention!! The instructor decides to visit the Terskol Peak Observatory based on the physical condition of the group.
