Cinema Kyrgyzstan, Caro Film
About the company:
The cinema "Kyrgyzia" is one of the largest cinemas in the Eastern District of the capital. It was opened on April 28, 1972 by the film of the famous Soviet director and actor Nikolai Ivanovich Moskalenko – “Russian Field”. After several years of work, "Kyrgyzia" received the status of "City" cinema. In October 1979, the first significant event - "International Film Week" was held within the walls of "Kyrgyzia". For seven days, the audience was presented with the best paintings by Spanish directors. Over the years, the cinema introduced Soviet film lovers to films from countries such as France, Spain, Italy, etc. From 1979 to 1991, the cinema "Kyrgyzia" hospitably welcomed the audience of the Moscow International Film Festival. Guests of the cinema at different times were famous figures of Soviet and Russian culture: Sergey Fedorovich Bondarchuk, Nikolai Afanasievich Kryuchkov, Petrovich Glebov, Chingiz Aitmatov, Yevgeny Ilyich Zharikov and others. In 2003, a redevelopment was carried out in the cinema "Kyrgyzia". According to the reconstruction plan, the cinema instead of one, there are 5 halls - two halls for 145 and three halls for 128 seats. The total number of seats is 674. All halls are equipped with Dolby Digital Surround EX sound equipment and modern film projection equipment. It is worth noting that the redevelopment of the hall of such complexity was carried out for the first time (the usual practice is the construction of a multiplex from the “zero” cycle). Underwent renovation and the lobby of the cinema. As a result of the reconstruction, the glazing of the facade of the cinema was made several meters ahead, which allowed to place the mezzanine on which the cafe is located. The project combines expressive architectural innovations of two styles - modern and high-tech. The spatial solution of the foyer is interesting, where all volumes are interconnected with each other through columns, staircases deployed relative to their axis, recreation areas with furniture. Thus, several difficult tasks were solved at once. First, it was possible to clearly zoning the room, without resorting to additional techniques. Secondly, an intermediate tier is obtained - "entresol", which plays the role of a kind of buffer between the public and "private" part of the lobby of the cinema. In the new interior, it was possible to provide many chamber corners. There is a place to live alone, there is a place for the company. In the multiplex "Kyrgyzia" there is a restaurant service with the original "Hollywood menu": veal chop "Fight Club", lamb koreyk "Silence of the Lambs" and other gastronomic delights! The assortment of the cinema bar always contains soft and alcoholic beverages, popcorn, pastries and cold snacks. Spectators can come to the new multiplex "Kyrgyzia" family, company, together and spend the whole day here, as the multiplex has all the conditions for leisure!
