Theatre Et-Cetera
About the company:
Theater "ET CETERA", under the leadership of People's Artist of the Russian Federation Alexander Kalyagin, originated in 1993 in Moscow. Our theater didn’t start with an idea, but with a noisy theater course that I launched in 1990. It was one of the best courses of the Moscow Art School. They didn’t leave, they started working together. First without me. I didn’t even think about creating my own theater. They were rehearsing something in different corners of Moscow, I helped solve organizational problems, but they needed my name for the poster. I had to see what they did there. I held one rehearsal, then the second, there were new actors, new performances and so on ..., – says about the creation of the theater, its artistic director. In addition to productions by A.A. Kalyagin, the repertoire of the theater includes performances by invited directors. “Et cetera” is a stationary repertory theater-house open to “alien” talents.
