Amur Street

Eastern Administrative District, Moscow on the territory of the Golyanovo district between Uralskaya Street and Shchelkovskoye Highway

Description:

Amur Street belongs to the Eastern Administrative District of the city of Moscow and is located on the territory of Golyanovsky District. It is located between Ural Street and Shchelkovskoye Highway. It is known that Amur Street is the former Projected Prospect No. 264.

Amur Street became known on August 9, 1965, and due to the fact that it is located in the east of the capital, it received a symbolic name in honor of the Amur River, which, as you know, is one of the largest reservoirs of the Far East.

Amurskaya street is an industrial zone, where there are trucking and construction enterprises, as well as warehouses. Near the Amurskaya street there are two metro stations - Cherkizovskaya, Shchelkovskaya. Also, the city plans to design another station - Amur, but there are no clear data on its construction at the moment. Also, at the beginning of the street is the railway station "Cherkizovo" of the Moscow Railway.
