Komsomol Square of Three Stations
Description:
Perhaps there are more legends than about Komsomolskaya Square of three railway stations, only about Red Square is composed in Moscow. Moreover, for a long time the area was considered not only historical, but also cursed.
There was once a monastery here. And asked in bad weather here for a lone traveler, and he was not allowed. The wanderer in despair cursed the monastery, and the building was destroyed.
Then Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich built one of his palaces here, but spent the night there only once, and the palace burned down after a while as a result of a fire.
Three railway stations were built here.
The first of them was ordered by Tsar Nicholas I, and this station was wooden. Previously it was called, respectively, Nikolaevsky, now it is stone and is called Leningradsky. Later, two more stations were built: Kazan and Yaroslavl.
All stations are connected by underground passages that go to the metro station "Komsomolskaya".
