Forest Park "Silver Bor" in Moscow

Silver forest is a favorite place of rest for local residents and tourists. It is located on an artificial island, in the bend of the Moscow River.

The name “Silver” pine forest was due to a unique phenomenon that occurs in the summer, when at dawn the pine trees shine like peeled silverware. Now this phenomenon is rarely observed due to smoke.

Now in the forest, surrounded by beautiful nature, there are dachas of high-ranking government officials and foreign diplomats. On the territory of the boron there are free beaches, nudist beach, entertainment complexes, cafes, restaurants for the convenience and maximum comfort of vacationers. Recently, a picturesque bridge was built in the boru.
