The monument is a high arrow (15 m). It was installed in 2001 and is located in front of the Avangard cinema on Kashirskoye Highway.
On the memorial there are inscriptions with the names of the fallen soldiers in the Great Patriotic War.
The monument was made of special concrete, and its slabs are made of granite.
The installation of the monument was authorized and signed by the mayor of Moscow.
