Monument to oil soldiers is located in Moscow, in the third quarter of Kapotnya.
The monument is dedicated to the oil soldiers who died in the Great Patriotic War. It was built in 1975 in honor of the Great Victory, which turned 30 years old.
The monument is a long point, at the end of which there is a star with five tips. The memorial is made of decorative stone. Around it is a huge pedestal, which placed a table with the names of the dead soldiers.
Near the monument to the soldiers-oilmen every year gather veterans of the Great Patriotic War and mourn the dead soldiers. There are also patriotic rallies near it.
