In total, the Ostankino TV Tower has 3 observation decks, but the most famous of them is the restaurant “Seventh Sky”, which is located at an altitude of more than 300 meters. The restaurant is unique in that it rotates around the axis - makes up to 3 turns per hour. Statistics say that over three decades of activity, the restaurant was visited by more than 10 million people.
About 20 years ago, a glass floor was made on this site. In any weather, residents of Moscow and guests of the city can visit the closed area, and in summer, in good weather, there is access to the open.
The observation deck in the form in which it can now be seen by visitors opened in 2008 after renovation. The tour can be accessed every day. It lasts 1 hour.
The other two observation decks of the Ostankino Tower are closed to ordinary visitors, sometimes they are visited by cadets. Located below the third - at an altitude of about 150 and 250 meters.
