Alexey Sviridov Street

The street originally had a different name. Until 1965, it was known as the Railway Pass. Some called it Railroad Street. The name was given in honor of the Moscow railway line. Then it was decided to rename and give the name of the pilot and Hero of the Soviet Union A.A. Sviridov. He was chosen for a reason. The bomber lived and worked in the area. He returned from the war as a hero.

There are interesting facts related to Alexander Sviridov Street. She is featured in the film The Forgotten Flute Melody. The main character, played by the famous actress Tatiana Dogileva, lived in a house on this street, near the railway station.
