Estate Berezhka (Russian district)
Russia, Moscow region, Ruzsky district, village of rest house "Tuchkovo"
Description:
There is practically no information about the Berezhka estate in the Ruza district. Recently it belonged to a certain J. L. Losev. The project of the estate house belongs to the famous architect I.V. Zholtovsky. The house was built in 1910, demolished in 1990. Today in the estate you can see two preserved log houses, one of which is probably a wing, service buildings. Currently, in the estate, located in a very picturesque place on the bank of the river, there is a rest house.
The estate is surrounded by a park that was previously apparently broken according to the plan. But this is not happening naturally today. Disparate bushes and trees growing on their own do not create harmony in the park landscape, although some are of interest to gardeners and nature lovers.
