Izvarino Manor

e. Izvarino, p. Vnukovskoye, Moscow

Description:

The estate Izvarino is located in the village of Izvarino, which is part of the Vnukovskoye settlement of the Novomoskovsk administrative district of Moscow. At the end of the XVII century it was owned by Prince F.F. Kurakin. Since 1683, its owner was A.A. Cherkassky, until 1812 its owners were representatives of his family. Then the estate changed several owners. The estate complex consisted of the main manor house, outbuilding, gazebo and park. Near the estate in 1904 was built stone Ilyinskaya church.

In the 1860s on the site of the old manor house was built a new one-storey brick house, preserved to this day. It has undergone many changes, which significantly changed its original appearance. The outbuilding of the estate, built in the style of neoclassicism, is well preserved. Nowadays in the manor house there is an orphanage, the wing is occupied by office services. Only fragments survived from the park, and the gazebo did not survive, of which only the foundation remained. The Ilyinsk Church has survived to our days and is active.
