The Central House of Aviation and Cosmonautics DOSAAF of Russia is an institution of culture of museum, historical, scientific and information profile. It promotes and distributes the achievements of domestic aviation and cosmonautics, contains more than 36 thousand exhibits, including rarities - 27 (the Ufimtsev power plant, the NER screw for the Newport-IV aircraft, aircraft engines, the cockpit of the Buran simulator, the life support system of astronauts, including personal hygiene items, nutrition, training and rescue equipment, spacesuits, a lander, etc.),

Existing exhibits (installations demonstrating the principle of operation of helicopters).

TsDAiK DOSAAF of Russia is engaged in military-patriotic education and career guidance of young people. He conducts excursions, shows of video films on aerospace topics for excursion groups visiting CDAiK, organizes and holds evenings and exhibitions dedicated to memorable dates and prominent figures of aviation and cosmonautics, meetings with youth and veterans.

The expositions of the halls of TsDAiK are constantly updated and replenished with unique samples of domestic aviation and cosmonautics (natural exhibits and / or models).

Projects:
TsDAiK conducts excursion and educational programs in the field of aviation and astronautics history. There is also a Center for Additional Education.
