The sculpture of the ancient Greek Cora is made by the artist Stavros Georgopoulos. The bark steps on the shield of a warrior, holding a dove and an olive branch - symbols of Peace. The source of the author’s inspiration was a statuette of the V century BC from the expositions of the Athens Archaeological Museum. The sculpture of ancient Greek Cora is a gift from Stavros Georgopoulos and Vasilis Bakalis. Herodotus said, “No one is so mad as to want war instead of peace.” For in peace, the children bury the fathers, and in war, the fathers bury the children.
