About the company:

Gallery "Peresvetov Lane" opened on Avtozavodskaya in 1986 and from the very beginning was associated with contemporary art. It became the venue for exhibitions of the avant-garde club (KLAVA), which included such famous artists and artists as: Nikita Alekseev, Boris Matrosov, Elena Elagina and Igor Makarevich, Sven Gundlakh, Andrei Monastyrsky, Irina Nakhova, Dmitry Prigov, Lev Rubinstein. He oversaw KLAVA projects by Joseph Bakstein. Later, there were exhibitions of the community "Art or Death", created by Rostov artists Avdey Ter-Oganyan, Valery Koshlyakov and Yuri Shabelnikov. Bright episodes of the history of the gallery were the concerts of the group "Middle Russian Highness" and the actions of the Order of Courtly Mannerists. Today, Peresvetov Lane continues to work with contemporary art, paying great attention to young artists and artists, as well as updating its history. The gallery regularly holds open-colas to participate in collective exhibitions and create personal projects. As in the beginning, Peresvetov Lane remains an open platform for authors working with different mediums and topics and speaking on behalf of different social groups. So, over the past few years, visitors to the gallery have seen exhibitions telling about the lives of artists-mothers, teenagers, residents and residents of nursing homes, women with disabilities.
