About the company:

The Museum of Hero of the Soviet Union Victor Talalikhin GAPOU IOC named after V. Talalikhin was solemnly opened on February 20, 1965, on the eve of the 20th anniversary of the Great Victory. Throughout the years of its history, the museum has been distinguished by dynamics and expressiveness, the continuity of generations, which are reflected and are the real embodiment of the main directions of its activities, such as exposition and stock, excursion and search and research.

Legendary fighter pilot Lieutenant Viktor Talalikhin lived a short, only 23 years, but a legendary life. The leading exhibition in the museum “In memory of the Hero of the Soviet Union Viktor Talalikhin” is rightfully dedicated to our Hero. It tells about the feat of a fighter pilot, who was one of the first to perform a night ram of an enemy aircraft in an air battle on the night of August 7, 1941; tells about the awarding of Talalikhin in the Kremlin, about meetings with friends, about the perpetuation of his memory after his death in battle on October 27, 1941. The items of pride were rare exhibits: a copy of the Victory Flag, personal belongings of Victor (helmet, shirt and trousers of the pilot); portrait of V. Talalikhin and the painting “Children visiting the mother of the hero”, dated the year of the museum’s foundation; personal belongings of the bride of the hero Alexandra Konstantinovna Narbut – Shurochka.

Prominent place since September 2015 in the exposition is occupied by fragments of the military aircraft I-16, on which Viktor Talalikhin performed his legendary feat on the night of August 6-7, 1941. One of the fragments clearly shows the number indicated in the personal card of the fighter pilot. A few years ago, the “Talalikhin Lander” was recreated in the museum, in the center of which a mannequin in the form of a military pilot was placed. It attracts the constant attention of visitors: everyone wants to take a picture with the owner of the dugout, squatting next to him on a birch stump and wearing a cap on his head with a red star.

The second exposition of the museum is “Our Glorious Past”, dedicated to the 94-year history of our educational organization from the FZU school to the IOC. It reflects important events, including the training of Victor Talalikhin, professions and specialties, shows the best graduates, teachers, masters of industrial training, managers, awards.

In 2017, the stand “Moscow Educational Complex named after Viktor Talalikhin” was designed, reflecting his participation in the main affairs of the Patriotic Association “We Are Talalikhins!”, which was created by the decision of the first Interregional Meeting of Talalikhins, held by the decision of the Museum Council within the walls of the complex in October 2013. On the eve of the 70th anniversary of the Victory, with the participation of all structural units of the complex, a mini-exposition “We are Talalikhins” was opened, located in the preschool department of the complex.
