Museum Department of the Central House of Culture of the All-Russian Society of the Blind

The museum tells about how the blind live, study and work, about what was done and is being done for the blind in Russia. The exposition tells about people who have done a lot to introduce the blind to work; about blind scientists, inventors, writers, workers of culture and art, athletes, winners of many international competitions. The museum displays a unique collection of instruments for writing the blind, scientific manuals, labor items, as well as a wonderful collection of works by blind sculptor Lina Po.
