Description of station
Novokuznetskaya is a deep-laying pylon station. Its architectural design reflects the era of the Great Patriotic War. The main design elements include:
- The columns are lined with white marble and decorated with bronze bas-reliefs depicting scenes of working life.
- The floor is lined with gray and red granite.
- The vault of the station is decorated with mosaics on the theme of peaceful labor, made by artists V. A. Favorsky and P. D. Kornilov.
