Description:

The metro station is located on the Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya line (line 7) of the Moscow metro. It was opened on December 30, 1972 and named in honor of the Hero of the Soviet Union V. I. Polezhaev, a participant in the Great Patriotic War.

Architecture and design

The station was built according to a typical for that time project of a column of a tri-span station of small laying. The main finishing materials include marble and granite. The interior of the station uses light colors, as well as decorative elements that create an atmosphere of space and light.

Location.

The station is located in the north-western part of Moscow, in the Khoroshevsky district, Northern Administrative District. Polezhaevskaya is located at the intersection of Khoroshevskoye Highway and 4th Main Street.

Working hours

  • The station is open to passengers from 5:30 am to 1:00 am.
  • The first train leaves at 5:36.
  • The last train leaves at 1:03 a.m.
