Japan Mama

The new "Japan Mama" on Smolensk Boulevard opened in June 2005. Taking as a basis the concept of a restaurant on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, we added to the new project the warmth and coziness so lacking in the residents of the big city. The sofas were placed around the perimeter of the hall and thus created an almost homely atmosphere, and the appearance of living plants and the division of the entire space into two halls make the atmosphere more comfortable. The creators decided to follow the recent European fashion of naturalness in everything and used new materials in the finish. In the interior there was a tree that creates an atmosphere of natural beauty and tranquility and gives a beautiful light energy. You want to touch this decor, supposedly accidentally hold your hand and feel its warmth. From the first project, the second restaurant inherited a commitment to the high-tech style and the tangible rigor of the interior of a modern Japanese restaurant. Open air ducts on the ceiling, a large number of spotlight lamps, white walls, metal and glass do not let you forget what century we live in, and effectively contrast with light shutters made of wood and cozy gray sofas with upholstery under natural suede.

The kitchen of the restaurant is made especially for urban residents - so beloved by the residents of the Megapolis of Rolla, Sushi, Sashimi, as well as exquisite delicacies for true gourmets, such as Vagyu meat.
