Tour programme

Day 1

Murmansk - Teriberka

Arrival of the group members in the capital of the Arctic - the hero city of Murmansk. Meeting at 13:00 at the airport, as well as at 13:45 at the railway station. Today you will walk around the city: you will see the felling of the sunken APRK "Kursk", visit the monument to the defenders of the Arctic and see the first nuclear icebreaker "Lenin" in the port. Further, on a comfortable minibus you will depart to the village of Teriberka (the journey will take about 2.5 hours). On the way, you can see how the landscape changes as you move away from the city. Trees are becoming smaller, and the hills, lakes and fields with giant stone boulders are more and more. Hotel accommodation. Dinner. Meet the band. In the evening, according to the weather, from 21:00 to 02:00 we watch the sky.

Day 2

Teriberka

After breakfast, in good weather conditions (no wind or wave), you will go for a boat trip for 2 hours (paid extra). Not far from the coast you can observe whales, killer whales, dolphins and seals. Upon returning to shore, you will walk to the "ship graveyard" (2 km one way), where the skeletons of former fishing vessels have found their final berth. Back to the hotel. Lunch. Free time. Celebrating the New Year (Christmas) at the festive table. In parallel with the celebration, we look at the sky in anticipation of the aurora.

Day 3

Teriberka

Breakfast. A walk to the amazing waterfall formed at the very edge of the Barents Sea. At this time it looks more like an icefall, but no less beautiful than in summer. Coast survey. Amazing landscapes and features of the geological structure of the coast do not leave anyone indifferent. Huge slabs and giant boulders on which the surf breaks. A paradise for nature lovers, romantics and photographers, a storehouse of insatiable fresh sea air that you will take away and remember forever. Lunch. Free time. In the evening after dinner on the weather, a glow is observed.

Day 4

Teriberka

Breakfast. Excursion to the old part of the village of Teriberka (there on foot 3.5 km, back by car). Here filmed “Leviathan”, here every year come hundreds of boats in the hope of a successful catch of cod and here live ordinary people. You can walk along the gorgeous sandy beach, ride a giant swing, take a lot of atmospheric photos. After that, relax a little, drink hot tea with sweets in a cafe with sea views. Then we will visit the abandoned school, on the way to study the local life. Back to the hotel. Lunch. Free time. In the evening after dinner, we traditionally turn our eyes to the sky.

Day 5

Teriberka - Murmansk

Breakfast. At 9:00 eviction from the hotel and moving to Murmansk. Then you can choose: for an additional fee, ride dog sleds and deer or go straight to the airport. Return to the city (Five Corners Square). Transfer to the airport (estimated arrival time at 15-00 and 17:00). End of program.
