Nefteyugan Local History Museum

The Nefteyugan Museum of Local History has existed since 1982, is engaged in the study of the historical and cultural heritage of the Nefteyugan region and has extensive stock collections reflecting the history of the city, ethno-cultural originality and natural and climatic features of the region. The museum covers an area of 605 sq.m., has 6 exhibition halls. Since 1990, an art salon has been operating in the museum.

Currently, the museum team is working on the implementation of the project of gradual transformation of the Nefteyugan Museum of Local Lore into a museum complex of international importance - "Museum of the Ob River".
