Ob River Oil Museum

The Nefteyugan Museum has been studying the historical and cultural heritage of the Nefteyugan region since 1982. as a public museum in 1989. - as an urban local historian. Since 1990 there is an art salon in the museum. In 1997, at the contest "Museum of the Ob River" according to the results of the competition, the museum received a grant from the Union House - this was a sharp step towards the transformation of the NKM Museum into the Ob Museum. The social task of the Obi Museum in Nefteyugansk is aimed at solving strategic tasks of regional cultural policy by organizing a set of scientific, informational, educational and cultural initiatives aimed at identifying the specifics of the Ob water basin, as well as organizing water cultural tourism in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug.
