Monument to E. N. Queen

Monument to Queen Evgeny Nikiforovich - Hero of Socialist Labor, is located in the city of Nizhnekamsk, near the building of the Nizhnekamsk Polytechnic College, named after him. In the same building there is a museum dedicated to the history of the activity and biography of this outstanding person. His face is serious, and in a thoughtful glance one reads concern, this is how his contemporaries remembered him.

The monument to Yevgeny Korolev is an expression of gratitude and respect for the man who devoted 38 years of his life to the city of Nizhnekamsk and directed all his efforts to its prosperity. From the age of 16 he worked as a builder in many cities of Russia. He was awarded the Order of the Red Star and the Red Banner and was awarded the title of Hero of Socialist Labor. In 1963 he became the manager of Tatenergostroy. He showed himself as an energetic, purposeful and hardworking person. Due to this, the petrochemical complex and Nizhnekamsk, oil processing plants, a tire plant, CHP turbines and residential buildings were built. Extraordinary acts of good are to be perpetuated, as are those who have done them.
