Bald Mountain
Description:
Lyskovo is one of the oldest settlements in the Nizhny Novgorod region. In the past - a village, now a city, which is the center of Lyskovsky district. The city is located on the right bank of the Volga, 89 km east of Nizhny Novgorod on the federal highway M-7 Moscow - Nizhny Novgorod - Kazan - Ufa. The history of this city originates in the XII-XIII centuries and is closely connected with the fate of the great Russian river Volga. Now the Volga moved away from Lyskov to the north, separating the city with a 5-kilometer strip of meadows and lakes. Now Lyskovo is an interdistrict industrial center.
