More than half a century serves people cozy suburban holiday home "Kolontaevo". The first written mention of this marvelous natural corner was found in 1742 in the Census Book of the Moscow Province. The name of the village, and then the holiday house, comes from the word "colontars" - artisans who made iron armor for soldiers, in particular - mail. Over time, the living Russian language changed the name "Kolontarevo" to "Kolontaevo". All these years Kolontaevo belonged to different owners. In 1851 – Anna Zakharovna Bestuzheva. Then the estate passed into the hands of the merchant Vishnyakov. In 1902, Kolontaevo bought Arseny Ivanovich Morozov. He builds a two-storey wooden dacha with terraces, carriage sheds and cellars. Morozov hires masters from Germany and begins construction of the dam. The ancient building of the water mill has survived to this day. In 1937, the administration of plant No. 12 in the village of Elektrostal decided to open in the former "Morozov" estate - a holiday house of the seasonal type. After the Great Patriotic War, on June 1, 1946, the Kolontaevo rest house again hosts workers. From this day is the chronology of the holiday home "Kolontaevo". Since 1995, Kolontaevo is a joint-stock company, the main founder of which is OJSC "Mechanical Engineering Plant" in Elektrostal. Having a great and glorious history, the Recreation House met the XXI century as a popular health resort that meets the requirements of the modern hospitality industry. In 2000, a medical department was opened here, Kolontaevo is certified as a medical and health complex. After a radical reconstruction of four buildings, our guests are waiting for comfortable rooms with all amenities - in each room there was a shower, toilet, refrigerator, TV. The catering system has been completely reformed - now a buffet with a rich assortment of dishes is at the service of guests. A separate activity of Kolontaevo was the organization and holding of conferences and seminars, intesive programs. At the same time, increasingly customers of incentive programs are not representative offices of foreign companies, but Russian companies seeking to organize combined programs combining 3-4 days of work (training) and 1-3 days of “encouragemental rest”. Excursion and entertainment part of incentive tours is becoming more intense.
