Cemes bay
Description:
Tseme's Bay (Novorossiysk Bay) is a bay in the northern part of the Russian Black Sea coast. The name was derived from the flowing river Cemes. The length is 15 km, the width at the entrance is 9 km, in the middle part is 4.6 km, the depth is 21-27 m, which allows any ocean vessels to enter the bay.
In the north-western part of the bay is the hero city of Novorossiysk.
