Monument to L. Utesov on the embankment of Abrau-Durso

Abrau-Durso is a village located 15 kilometers from the city of Novorossiysk, famous for its champagne factory, museum and historical complex and various beautiful monuments, one of which is a monument to the great artist L. O. Utesov. It is located on a beautiful alley running from the factory to the lake, full of bright and lush greenery. The famous actor is represented in the image of a shepherd from the famous movie “Volga-Volga”. He plays the flute enthusiastically, his head held high and his eyes closed. A small handbag is thrown over the shoulder, and a huge feather sticks out of the hair. He is dressed in spacious pants and a light jacket. The height of the bronze monument is about 1.8 meters, made by order and at the expense of local authorities.

The monument to L. O. Utesov is located on a low marble monument, behind it is a structure consisting of balusters exhibited in the form of a semicircle. Not far from this place is a cozy gazebo where you can relax and enjoy the magnificent scenery of Lake Abrau.
