The oldest cinema in Novosibirsk. After the reconstruction, a multiplex for five halls was opened. Today "Victory" is a 5-hall cinema, which according to the technical characteristics can pass the international certification THX. It has Dolby Digital Surround EX sound, modern projection equipment of the German company Kinoton, French spectator seats from Kvinett (similar chairs are installed in the State Duma). Until now, there was no such cinema outside the Urals.
