Novosibirsk State Philharmonic | Big and Small Halls

The Novosibirsk State Philharmonic, established in 1937, is one of the largest concert organizations in Siberia and the Far East. Today we can talk about the uniqueness of our Philharmonic: no concert organization in Russia represents such a variety of genres and trends. The repertoire of eighteen professional art groups includes the entire panorama of the world’s artistic heritage: ancient, spiritual, modern, classical, jazz, folklore, modern, popular pop, musical and literary compositions, opera productions. Thus, concert programs of the Novosibirsk Philharmonic are designed for the taste of any audience: children, youth, family, age, etc. Each performance of the Philharmonic artists is, first of all, following its own motto: "Novosibirsk Philharmonic - meetings with the Beautiful!" Every month, the Novosibirsk Philharmonic offers about 50 concerts at various venues of the city - the Great Hall of the Philharmonic, the House of Scientists of Akademgorodok, Gorky DC and others. And every year the Philharmonic groups give more than 2000 concerts in the city and the region. Artists from Europe, America and Asia regularly perform on the Philharmonic stage. In turn, Novosibirsk bands actively and successfully tour in many countries of the world every season. To date, the geography of the tour covers 25 countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Great Britain, Germany, Holland, Denmark, Israel, Spain, Italy, Canada, China, Macedonia, Malta, Norway, Portugal, USA, France, Sweden, Yugoslavia, Japan, etc. Largely due to the intensive and versatile activity of the Philharmonic, Novosibirsk with dignity confirms the status of the cultural capital of Siberia.
